Hummus and Sliced Kalamata Olive Popcorner Topper

Punchy Mediterranean flavors make this topped Popcorner fabulous for a patio party or as a starter for a pasta dinner.


  • 32 Sweet Heat Chili Popcorners
  • ½ cup hummus
  • 16 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 16 pitted kalamata olives, halved
  • Za’atar
  • 32 small oregano leaves


Arrange Popcorners on a serving dish. Top each with a dollop of hummus, using a pastry bag or small spoon. Add half a cherry tomato and half an olive to each. Sprinkle with za’atar and oregano leaves.

Serve immediately while the Popcorners are crisp.
